Pick up is FREE in Leander TX at 660 S Bagdad Rd #330, Leander 78641. Delivery is available to Austin and the surrounding areas for an extra fee. Delivery fees vary depending on zip code.

Please allow 24-48 hours to hear back from Penny Lane. We will let you know if the date you requested is available on our baking calendar.

Once we agree on a design and price you will be sent an invoice for your custom order. You will have 48 hours to pay your invoice in order to secure a spot on our baking calendar. You must pay at least 50% of the total price to reserve your spot.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent of your payment is refundable up to 14 days prior to your order due date. After that time, the cookies are non-refundable.

At Penny Royal we aim to please. We love to see pictures of inspiration from other cookies you may have seen, flyers for your event, or logos from your corporation. However, please know that custom cookies are a work of art and your order will be one of a kind. We cannot guarantee exact replicas.
